The Steadfast Way
A mastermind for men in ministry who want to courageously show up in their faith, marriage, family and calling.
Join the Steadfast Way"I didn't think this is what success would feel like."
I hear this so often from men I know and ones I don't.
Men who have served God faithfully for years. Men who have led successful businesses and ministries. Men who are a lot like you and me, and at the same time, they feel like the plates they're spinning are about to start crashing.
Men who are doing their best to be loving husbands, present dads, and steward their calling with integrity.
But they're wondering how to show up consistently and wear all the hats they are expected to wear.
You want your best days as husbands, fathers and leaders to be in front of you, not in the rear view mirror as you settle for the path of least resistance.
But without other men to challenge, support and champion you on your journey, you're still left afraid you will get comfortable and settle.
Settling is not an option.
Too much is on the line. Your relationship with God, your spouse, your kids, even your team and your job.
Sometimes, we do everything we can to keep the plate spinning - the one everyone can see - while feeling like we're failing at what really matters.
We react when there's a problem.
We put out fires when there's an emergency.
We let the day dictate our direction instead of taking initiative.
The worst part? It's not always a crash. More often, it's a slow drift.
This is living the "Stressed Out Way."
These lessons have been
25 years in the making.
I'm Wade, and over the last 25 years of ministry, 19 years of marriage, and 16 years as a dad, I've learned it all comes down to this - You can’t live out your calling alone.
You need other men to correct you.
To champion you.
To set a new bar for you.
To stay in the game even when you want to throw in the towel, no matter how rough or hard it might get.
To call you to be steadfast in your commitments to others, and to yourself, when you feel like giving up.
Introducing The Steadfast Way
A mastermind for men in ministry who want to courageously and consistently show up in their faith, marriage, family and calling.
Too many men have given up on their race, instead of following the instruction found in Proverbs 4:26 - "Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways."
I believe that your greatest impact isn’t found through giant steps of faith but rather through daily steps of faithfulness. You can build a great legacy - in your family and ministry - formed through the superpower of consistency. When you commit to the right rhythms and disciplines in your private life, ones that align with your God-given identity, you are now positioned to lead your family and your ministry with integrity, vision, joy, and longevity.
The Steadfast Way guides you to build your life on 5 key pillars:
- Steadfast Soul - The Pillar of Devotion
- Steadfast Sight - The Pillar of Presence
- Steadfast Strength - The Pillar of Resilience
- Steadfast Stewardship - The Pillar of Responsibility
- Steadfast Standards - The Pillar of Integrity

I believe your private and public life are the same. And the way you live each one affects the other.
In the 20 years I spent in pastoral leadership, I learned quickly that how I was as a husband, father, and leader were all deeply connected.
Now, as I coach and mentor people every day, write sermons and speak around the country, I'm certain that the mission I'm on is more important than ever - helping leaders reignite their joy, passion, and purpose in their personal and public lives.
The Steadfast Way came about after I realized that men in ministry are tired, they're at risk of compromise, and they struggle to simply show up.
I'm deeply committed to helping you understand what it takes to courageously show up in your faith, marriage, family, and calling every day. And I'll help you build the rhythms and tools to get there.
